Position: Administrative Assistant

The position requires candidates to have a degree in Business studies.  Previous experience will also be considered as an advantage.  Candidates must be fluent in both Greek and English languages.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for social-media and marketing activities planning and executing, planning marketing budgets and funds

-Handling quotations, sales orders, invoicing

-Handles SLAs with customers

-Perform annual License Audits for customers

-Handle incoming phone-calls and messages and general office administration


Key Requirements:

-Proficient in Microsoft Office package

-Proficient in English Language both speaking and writing

-Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with great emphasis on multitasking

-Previous experience in delivering structured bid responses in Public Sector will be considered an advantage
